World Cup Draw Announced.

Wellington, NZ. 31st May
The draw has been finalised for the 2002 Indoor Cricket World Cup, to be held in Wellington, New Zealand, this year. See the draw here.

Mark Cini, New Zealand Indoor Cricket's Chief Executive Officer and current President of the World Indoor Cricket Federation, reports that arrangements for the World Cup are progressing extremely well. "The draw has been finalised, although we're still awaiting formal verification of India's Womens team attending. If the Indian Womens team is unable to compete, a combined development team will take their place" he said.

Details of the specially designed Supporters shirt will very soon be released, as will ticketing arrangements for overseas visitors. Indoor Cricket World will carry full details of these and all other World Cup 2002 news and developments as soon as they come to hand.
