Injuries forced Sri Lanka's Tour Manager, Hiran de Silva, onto the court tonight. Hiran now holds the distinction of umpiring at last year's World Cup, and playing at this year's Masters. Unfortunately for Sri Lanka, that injury and the rearrangement of their side cost them dearly. After 8 overs they had raced away to 81, but their final score was one less than that. But as we noted earlier, they are improving rapidly--in three skins they scored 113, a standard up there with the field.

But England played well, with a very consistent performance across all batting pairs, and won comprehensively.
